My name is George Barnett, known as the Cleaning Superhero. Owner and operator, commercial and residential cleaning expert. Commercial and residential flooring and furniture upholstery.
What I do is different. Over 30+ years experience in the cleaning industry has helped me understand how to help home and business owners get what they expect from a cleaning service provider.
Started in business around 1984 cleaning big box retail. Primarily supermarkets and other chains. Most of the contracts were with WalMart and Bruno’s Grocery Stores. I was personally complimented on the excellent appearance of WalMart from Sam Walton and Bruno’s from Angelo Bruno. Commercial tile floor maintenance was my primary focus for the first 15 years in business. Servicing multiple locations on a 7 day a week schedule was difficult but I managed to maintain long business relationships with managers providing great value and complimented frequently on keeping their location well within budget for the needed expense. The cleaning industry changed in the late 1990s and I changed my business plan. I occasionally clean retailers but now concentrate my tile floor maintenance efforts on smaller amounts of flooring. VCT (vinyl composite tile) is the least expensive flooring but one of the most costly to maintain. Pictured below is a recent strip and refinish of tile flooring at a local church. I use only high quality floor finish. The finish will not yellow, is slip resistant, and very durable. It will save the church a lot of money by making it easier to maintain.
In the year 2000, I began changing my focus to other flooring such as natural stone, tile and grout, and other hard surface flooring material. Stone does not come with an owner’s manual and since becoming comfortable with cleaning and polishing marble, there has been plenty of great opportunities for my services. Pictured below is both commercial and residential marble flooring that has been cleaned and polished.
